Terms of Business for Pass With Adrian Driving School
You must be fit to drive and hold a current and valid driving license which must be produced on your first driving lesson.
Any changes to your driving license due to medical conditions or driving convictions must be reported immediately to your driving instructor.
Your instructor is self employed
The contract for driving tuition is between pupil and your instructor including all monies paid.
Driving lessons are agreed between you and your instructor, including timing, location and duration of individual lessons. Payment for lessons must be made 24 hours before the lesson commences by bank transfer unless other arrangements have been made prior with your instructor.
48 hours notice must be given for all cancellations. If notice is less than 48 hours then the driving lesson fee must be paid in full.
Cancelled lessons will be logged and if multiple cancelled lessons occur, your instructor has the right to cancel future lessons.
If you suspend driving lessons for 20 weeks or more during a pre paid block booking then any outstanding amount will be forfeit including test fees.
If a lesson/test is cancelled or terminated due to weather or mechanical/electrical failure then the instructor cannot be held
responsible.
Test fees are payable to the Driving Vehicle Standards Agency.
The lesson before your test, the use of the car for your test and return home is payable to your instructor for full duration.
Driving lessons are structured to pupils needs and capabilities and your instructor will advise when test ready for a practical test.. Atleast 2 MOCK TESTS must be PASSED to a HIGH STANDARD prior to tests going ahead.
ROAD SAFETY
We reserve the right to withdraw our cars for driving tests should the pupil prove not to be test standard.
A lesson reminder will be sent 48 hours before your lesson commences through the Total drive app and also the day before from your instructor. Please confirm back to your instructors text ASAP and your instructor will acknowledge with a reply.
